Business' Initial Response *** ******* did purchase our IPM Program on 9/8/12 with a 3 payment plan of $399.00. Member has fulfilled the payment plan and member was also provided with the online digital program. Member's responsibility to go on the member site (provided to the member at the time of purchase). Please see attached all proof of invoice as well as email sent to member with details on the log in information and emails to follow were also sent to the member with updated training materials. Member has 365 days to prove that he has implemented the program and submit to us action plans that are needed in order to proceed with a refund . Member has not provided the proof as of today 3/5/13 Part 3 will be available in the next few days
